Inspecting the property quarterly and providing inspection reports to landlord.

Liaison between landlord and tenants.
Close supervision to ensure tenants complies with terms of tenancy.
Take appropriate action to rectify any cases of non-compliance of terms of tenancy.
Arranging extension of tenancy agreement or re-letting the property.
